Amarillo Music Teachers Association

Amarillo Music Teachers Association was organized in
1921 to  provide a professional level of private music
teaching to the Panhandle area.
We are affiliated with Texas Music Teachers Association
(on the web at www.tmta.org) and Music Teachers
National Association (on the web at www.mtna.org).

As we continue into the first decade of the twenty-first
century, Amarillo Music Teachers Association not only
provides the area with professional teachers but
sponsors activities that  students may participate in that
are only available through member teachers.  Some of
the activities include: Festivals, Recitals, Music at the
Mall, Theory and World of Music Exams.
